Subsequently we have put together a fully structured program dedicating one of our team members as your personal guide ensuring you complete and concise information on your Inspection visit.
Not only do we show you the developments available but, you will also extensively explore the local area as LOCATION is one of the most important factors in any property investment. Furthermore while on the inspection you will taste the varied cuisines and culture that Spain’s Costa Blanca has to offer.
The Inspection Visit itinerary
The itinerary has been designed to help you gain a full understanding on all matters relating to your possible property purchase.
Arrival
- You will be collected from the Airport and transported to the hotel where you will relax before your inspection trip starts.
Day 1
- You will be picked up from the hotel reception at 10am by your dedicated representative fluent in your language (or with a Translator)
- Visit a few developments while viewing the surrounding areas
- Lunch at one of the local restaurants
- After lunch Visit a few more developments and surrounding areas
- Evening meal where you will be enjoy the hospitality of a local restaurant.
Day 2
- You will be picked up from the hotel reception at 10am to discuss you views on the developments viewed
- Visit a few more developments
- Lunch at one of the local restaurants
- After lunch Visit a few more developments
- Evening meal where you will be enjoy the hospitality of a local restaurant.
Day 3
- You will be met at your hotel reception at 10am to discuss you views on the developments viewed
- After the discussion re visits to your chosen developments for further inspection
- Lunch at one of the local restaurants
- Visit the Lawyer to answer any questions you may have
- Visit the developer to answer any questions you may have
- Back to the hotel for free time
- Evening meal where you will be enjoy the hospitality of a local restaurant.
Day 4
- You will be met at your hotel reception at 10am to discuss you final views
- For those who decide to purchase will be taken to the developer to arrange reservation of your desired property
- For those who do not wish to purchase or need more time or information we will give the required space or information respectively.
Departure
- You will be collected from the Hotel and transported to the Airport for your homeward journey.
Lunch and dinner are included throughout the visit
Not forgetting - all this while safe in the secure knowledge that our representative is with you and is there to advise you through all aspects of the development, the area, the purchase procedure and beyond.
