Blue Horizon Holiday Resort will be one of the most impressive, apartment developments in Hurghada, perfectly located at 12km south of Hurghada centre on the first road between Makadi Bay and Senzo mall, in an area providing the link between Hurghada Town and Sahl Hasheesh.

Consisting of only 134 properties, built in the style of a hotel with a selection of studios, 1 and 2 bed roomed apartments all completed to a high European style finish and built on 15,000m2 of land allowing vast communal areas and many facilities.

All apartments have been designed into blocks of around 12 mixed apartments to help provide easy access, privacy and individuality for all owners. All apartments are pool-view with large patio windows and doors, all access will be situated at the rear of the apartments so to not affect the great views over the pools and amenities.

Management and Maintenance


Maintenance for the whole resort and all of its amenities will be carried out by the owners and builders of Blue Horizon Holiday Resort or, a company nominated by them. 
Maintenance charges for the resort will be a nominal fee to cover the services in operation on the resort.
 

- Studio will be £400 (Sterling Pounds) per year. Alternatively we offer 3 year Maintenance package at a discounted price of £1,000 (Sterling Pounds) (Paid in advance)
 

- 1 bed £500 (Sterling Pounds) yearly per year. Alternatively we offer 3 year Maintenance package at a discounted price of £1,200 (Sterling Pounds) (Paid in advance)
